The 7 Seas Restaurant menu is curated by chef George Katsigiannis for the 5th consecutive year.

The world would be better if people could do what they truly loved and expressed themselves through that. George Katsigiannis is definitely one of those people. A talented chef with a long service in 5* hotels and restaurants. Awarded in many international competitions, he acquired his knowledge and techniques alongside renowned chefs from around the world. Undoubtedly, George raises the bar high on the gastronomic map and he is pleased only until the most demanding palate is satisfied. George always works with devotion and respect.
